Great question - not exactly. You can ask for anything you need and we'll be upfront about whether it's possible on your plan. For Custom Projects, any new scope usually requires a change order or adding a retainer option.

Loom and Figma comments are our favorite. For quick comments, we still prefer Figma (more organized) but the occasional Slack message is also welcome. You can use our project management tool, Notion, to leave comments directly on designs or schedule a call with your project manager.

Absolutely! You can book an intro call to discuss potential projects anytime. Each project starts with a kickoff call. We offer strategy calls as needed, but prefer to let designers focus on their work. Depending on the topic, you might meet only with the project lead.

Yes, you can pause or even cancel your subscription at any time. Simultaneously, you can choose to upgrade or downgrade your plan. If all of the paid hours are used and you need a few more to complete the project, note that you can get additional hours with a one-time type of payment.

For those looking for a more flexible option, we offer a Custom plan. The required hours will be calculated based on your project and needs. This plan can be billed as a one-time payment option, or you can use it as a recurring subscription model.

Unused hours from your subscription will roll over to the next month and remain available indefinitely. You can use them any time.

Yes, we offer a 10% discount for those who decide to pay quarterly. Those who wish to make their payments yearly are given 2 months free of charge—they are billed for only 10 instead of 12 months. In the end, you can also get 10% if you refer a friend to us.

We bill on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis. Payments are automatically processed through your credit card via Stripe. Alternatively, you can choose a bank transfer (ACH) as a way of making the payment
